The story of success by Prime Fertility Clinic

Khun Krittaporn (28 yrs.) and her husband had experienced infertility condition. They had tried having a baby for over a year and were still not pregnant. Although she was still young, she had a low egg count and only a 0.8 AMH level. They decided to consult with Dr. Mai. The doctor had planned their treatment and provided them both with supplements. Khun Krittaporn had to go through 2 cycles of ovarian stimulation as she got an unqualified embryo on her first cycle. For her second cycle, after fertilization, they got 4 qualified embryos. They finally got pregnant. It was triplets born from the splitting of the embryo inside the mother’s womb.

Khun Duangnapa (34 yrs.) and Mr. Stig Olav Fossdal had tried having a child naturally for 4 years and still failed. They flew from Norway to receive their treatment with Dr. Ple. It appeared that the husband had poor sperm. They received some supplements and the result got improved. Khun Duangnapa underwent one cycle of ovarian stimulation. They could retrieve 25 eggs and got 3 qualified embryos. Eventually, she got pregnant a baby girl after one cycle of embryo transfer.

Khun Matika (34 yrs.) and her husband had experienced an abortion. They had tried to have a child for over a year. She had taken some ovarian stimulation medication and still failed. So, they decided to consult with Dr. Mai. After a primary examination, they found that the husband had poor sperm. The doctor provided them with some supplements before the sperm collection. The result of sperm test had improved as well as the female ovarian stimulation. They got 3 qualified embryos and finally got pregnant after one cycle of embryo transfer.

Khun Phatcharanan (37 yrs.) and her husband. Khun Phatcharanan had a problem with the endometrial preparation. Even though she had undergone the embryo transfer, she still could not get pregnant. Then they turned to Dr. Mai. As Khun Phatcharanan had a problem with the endometrial preparation and her body did not respond to the treatment, she underwent the hysteroscopy, a medication adjustment, and other techniques for 5 times until her endometrium was ready for the embryo transfer. Khun Phatcharanan finally got pregnant after one cycle of embryo transfer.

Khun Oratai (26 yrs.) and Mr. Edy. After trying to have a child naturally for 2 years. They decided to visit Prime Fertility Clinic and consulted with Dr. Ple. From the primary examination, the result showed that the husband had a low sperm count. Dr. Ple advised him to take vitamins before the sperm collection. Meanwhile, Khun Oratai only got one qualified embryo. They also found polyps before the embryo transfer. So, that led to the removal surgery before the endometrial preparation. Eventually, she was able to get pregnant after one cycle of embryo transfer.

Khun Thanipun (39 yrs.) and her husband, after 5 years of trying to have a baby and 3 attempts of the IUI process, yet still could not get pregnant. They decided to consult with Dr. Mai. Khun Thanipun underwent 2 cycles of egg stimulation and got only one qualified embryo. She also went through 2 cycles of endometrial preparation before the embryo transfer. Eventually, she got pregnant after one cycle of embryo transfer.

Khun Somjai (37 yrs.) and husband. They had been trying to have a baby for over 2 years. Her husband had poor sperm quality. The treatment plan was to consume vitamins before entering the procedure. On Khun Somjai, she had 2 cycles of ovarian stimulation and got only 1 healthy embryo. Finally, she can conceive with only 1 cycle of ICSI.

Khun Suphawadee (34 yrs.) and her husband. They wish to have a baby for a long time. Since her husband already got a vasectomy, PESA/TESE was recommended for the treatment plan which the result went very well. Also, there were only 4 eggs collected from ovarian stimulation. Only 2 embryos could develop to Blastocyst stage. Moreover, she suffered from thin endometrium. She was in need of endometrial preparation for 2 times. Finally, they are successful with only 1 cycle of ICSI.

Khun Khwanphirom (28 yrs.) and her husband. After the attempt to have a baby for over 5 years, they attended 1 cycle of ICSI from other fertility center and had 2 times of embryo transfer. Still, it was not successful because they didn’t have chromosome testing. Therefore, they came to consult with Doctor Mai and entered ICSI procedure. This time, they got 4 healthy embryos. According to the doctor’s treatment plan, Khun Khwanphirom is able to conceive with one time of embryo transfer. Most importantly, they got twins.

Starting from egg freezing, now she becomes a mother of twins! Congratulations to Khun Fon and Khun Bank. Even though they are not infertile couple but people around them are gradually facing infertility problems. Therefore, they decided to consult with Dr. Poonkiat and got “Twins baby” as they wished.

Khun Pornnapha, 34, tried to conceive naturally over a year. She also took ovarian stimulation medicines together with calculated the ovulation day but still didn’t get pregnant. Until she found that she has PCOS. However, she achieves pregnancy successfully with IUI one-time attempt.

Although Khun Atchara is only 30 but she could not conceive naturally as she lost her both fallopian tubes due to the ectopic pregnancy. Therefore, she and her husband decided to do ICSI with Dr. Poonkiat. Now she is conceiving a baby boy successfully as she wished.

K. First (Husband), a national football player from well-known club, and K. Kig (Wife), a proficient northeastern-style singer, have experienced in IUI treatment without success. 15 Eggs picked up (12 Qualified Eggs found). Normal semen from husband then led to fertilization and embryo culture for 5-6 days (Blastocyst), obtained 5 embryos. After NGS (chromosomes disorder analysis),
4 qualified embryos were found. Therefore, the clinic prepared wife’s uterus for the embryo implantation. Absolutely! she was pregnant successfully at the first cycle.

Success story with Thai airways cabin crew: Having a lovely son from IUI program
More than 2 years after marriage, she and her husband still were not successful from natural method. Then she decided to visit doctor and found out that she had the myoma uteri. After the surgery to remove it, she was informed another problem. Her uterine is congenital malformation. Therefore, she consulted with Dr.Poonkiat and had attended IUI program. Finally, she got success at the 1st cycle and had a lovely son as she wished.

More than a year after marriage, her husband became over 50’s and had a vasectomy for almost 20 years. Therefore, doctor advised them to do ICSI treatment and her husband did not need to reverse the sterilization as well. Only extraordinary step was a sperm collection which called “TESA”. This technique is about the surgical retrieval of sperm by testicular puncture in order to remove sperm directly from the reproductive organs of men. After that, they could attend the ICSI program normally. Having a lovely son as they wished.

Over 3 years of marriage, the couple was still undergoing to have a child and they had a hard time as everything was getting more difficult. Until they decided to visit the fertility specialist. After diagnosis by Dr. Poonkiat, the couple found out that husband had low sperm count, fewer than normal for a half.
Finally, they got success by ICSI program and had a prenatal care plus a childbirth with Dr. Poonkiat. Khun Phueng (wife) said that she was very impressed with doctor.  Whenever she visited the doctor, she felt very relaxed and comfortable as the doctor always friendly, professional, giving her a good advice clearly and simply. After that she has recommended Dr.Poonkiat to her friends and relatives whoever needs to have a child. PRIME's Babies

A PESA baby girl, ‘Chom Phu’. She is the daughter of Khun Janyaruk and her husband, born by ICSI process. Over 4 years of attempting and still not succeed, they came to consult with Dr. Ple. The primary examination revealed that the mother had PCOS condition and the father also had no sperm. After the PESA procedure, they got only one qualified embryo. Nevertheless, the mother eventually got pregnant from just one cycle of embryo transfer.

‘Baby Makin and Baby Marin’ twin babies of Khun Naritsara (32 yrs.) and her husband. As they had been trying to have a child for a very long time, they decided to consult with Dr. Mai. From the primary examination, they found out that the husband had a low sperm count because of the chemotherapy history. Dr. Mai then planned their treatment and suggested they take vitamins before the sperm collection. The result got incredibly better. The mother also proceeded 2 cycles of egg stimulation. Lastly, they got the perfect embryo and finally got pregnant after a one-time embryo transfer.

Congrats to ‘Baby Fonte’ a son of Khun Patcharakamonporn (32 yrs.) and her husband. After 6 years of trying to have a baby, they turned to Dr. Ple and found out that the problem was the irregular menstrual cycle caused by anovulation (PCOS). Moreover, the father also had unqualified sperm. After getting the needed embryos, the doctor had chosen the best embryo for the transfer. In the end, Khun Patcharakamonporn finally got pregnant.

Welcome babies! Nong Min and Nong Lin, boy-girl twins of Khun Luxamol and her husband. They had attempted to have a baby for over a year and received ICSI treatment from other fertility center with no success. Even if they had their first child naturally before, it’s difficult to have their next child. Then, they decided to consult with Dr. Mai. Khun Luxamol got 3 qualified embryos. She successfully conceived in only 1 cycle of embryo transfer.

Newborn has arrived! Nong Pun, an ICSI baby boy of Khun Kanokon and her husband. They had attempted to have a baby for over 10 years, entered 3 cycles of IUI and 1 cycle of ICSI from other fertility center with no success. She received a surgery for ovarian cyst removal on her left ovary. Also, they were concerned about their age. Then, they decided to consult with Dr. Mai and started ICSI treatment here. This time, Khun Kanokon got 4 blastocyst stage embryos. However, it turned out only 1 embryo was qualified. Eventually, she conceived successfully with only 1 cycle of embryo transfer.

Welcome to the world! Nong Serine and Nong Seren, ICSI boy-girl twins of Khun Sukanya and her husband. After trying to have a baby for over 2 years, they failed 2 cycles of IUI and 1 cycle of ICSI previously. That’s why they decided to consult with Dr. Mai at Prime Fertility Clinic. However, we could not visit the orphanage to provide food because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, Prime Fertility Center donated 4,500 THB by bank transfer to the bank account of the orphanage.
