Party too much…Be careful of infertility!

The New Year’s festival is approaching, many people are probably already planning to go out and hang out. But for couples who are preparing to have children next year, you may have to restrain yourself a little. Because if you party too much, it might ruin your plans to have a baby next year.

Party too much…Be careful of infertility!

Therefore, if you intend to have a little one in 2024, Prime Fertility Clinic has some advice for couples who love partying to share.

1. Drink alcohol in moderation.

Whether it’s liquor, beer, or wine, you shouldn’t drink more than 1 drink per day, or the equivalent of 120 milliliters of wine, because apart from increasing the risk of your liver working hard, it can cause cancer. It also reduces the chance of having children by up to 50%.

2. Drinking soft drinks instead of alcohol is not a good idea.

There is a high amount of sugar in soft drinks. Apart from causing obesity and being overweight, it also has an effect on egg cells. If you can reduce your intake of sugar or desserts, it will result in an increase in the pregnancy rate from 17% to 83%.

3. Avoid cigarette smoke

Because cigarettes not only affect the health of those who smoke, but it also affects those around you and your unborn child. Any party filled with cigarette smoke is recommended to avoid.

4. Stop partying until morning.

Not sleeping at the right time or not getting enough rest are also causes of imbalance of body function. Finally, it affects hormones that cause infertility as well. So, please party in moderation. Do not party until morning. Sleeping at a consistent bedtime is the best.

Some of these points may be a bit difficult for such an important festival, but for those who are preparing to have children, of course, following the above recommendations will greatly help in terms of pregnancy success.

Why do we need to have a dental check-up before pregnancy?

Why do we need to have a dental check-up before pregnancy? For women who are planning to get pregnant, another thing to consider is “dental check-ups.” It would help if you had an oral check-up to receive treatment to reduce the risk of oral infections. Frequent drinking and hangovers increase the risk of infertility

Frequent drinking and hangovers increase the risk of infertility

Frequent drinking and hangovers increase the risk of infertility

Frequent parties and hangovers can directly and indirectly affect your health, especially for those who are already planning to have children. This makes it even more difficult to have children!

Because frequent and large amounts of alcoholic beverages cause the hormones in the body to function abnormally.

What are the effects of drinking alcohol and hangovers?

In men > Abnormal testosterone production results in the body producing less sperm, poor quality sperm, and reduced fertilization ability.

In women > Abnormalities in the pituitary glands hormone system and hormones that control ovarian function result in no ovulation, abnormal uterine lining, and increased chances of premature birth or miscarriage.

It also reduces the absorption of vitamins and minerals, increasing the risk of malnutrition such as magnesium and potassium. It also comes with negative effects from a “hangover” such as insufficient sleep, restless sleep, headaches, dizziness, vomiting, dehydration, fatigue, etc. These are indirect negative effects that affect the body.

Therefore, drinking excessive amounts of liquor, beer, wine, or other alcoholic beverages is a cause of infertility and reduces the chances of having children by up to 50%.

If anyone is planning a pregnancy and still has problems controlling their alcohol consumption, you may need to consider consulting a mental health professional or medical professional to find a treatment plan.

Prime Fertility Center does not only provide infertility treatment. What Prime Fertility Center aims for and continuously develops is to provide services to customers with care, consultation, care, and concern for all your feelings, like family members.
